Gate Validation

Tests whether each gate is actually predictive. For every gate, we compute the trailing 30-day return of the symbols it DROPPED versus the symbols it KEPT. If dropped < kept by >1%, the gate is signal (filters weaker names). If dropped > kept, the gate is theater (filters winners). Run takes 30-60s on first load.
