1. Information we collect
Account data (name, email) via Clerk authentication. Billing data via Stripe — we never receive your full card number. Usage analytics (pages visited, signals viewed) for product improvement. Advertising cookies and identifiers if you accept non-essential cookies (see Advertising below).
Daily brief: if you sign up for our free daily brief, we store your email address, the page you signed up from, the times you signed up, confirmed and unsubscribed, a single-use confirmation token and an unsubscribe token for the links we email you. We use this only to send you the daily brief. Nothing is sent until you confirm your address (double opt-in), every brief includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell your email address.
2. How we use information
To operate the service, enforce tier quotas, deliver alerts you subscribe to, improve the product, and — with your consent — serve advertising. We do not sell personal data.
3. Third-party processors
Clerk (auth), Stripe (billing), Sentry (error tracking), Upstash Redis (rate limiting), Vercel (hosting), and Google (AdSense advertising and Google Analytics, when enabled). Each is contractually bound to industry-standard privacy obligations. 4. Your rights
You may request access, deletion, or export of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. GDPR and CCPA requests are honored within 30 days.
5. Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember locale/theme. Non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising) are off until you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change that choice at any time from the Cookie Policy.
6. Advertising (Google AdSense)
This site uses Google AdSense to display ads on public research pages. Ads are labelled "Advertisements" and are not placed on private communications (chat), account, billing, or legal-only pages.

The service is not directed at children. You must be 18 or older to use MarketBotsLab. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not request child-directed content or serve ads on child-directed pages.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect.
