Stock Insights AI provides informational tools and statistical signals. Nothing on this site is personalized investment advice or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription & billing
Paid tiers renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Pro-rated refunds within 14 days of first paid period.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell our signals. Do not use the service to manipulate any market or violate any applicable law.
6. Warranties
The service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that signals will be profitable or that the service will be uninterrupted. Past performance of backtested or paper-traded signals is not indicative of future results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
